Please find the details below: Client: Global organization in the business of Insurance & Reinsurance Location: Powai - Mumbai Position: Specialist - Qlik Sense & Tableau (BFSI domain) Timing: 12:30 PM 9:30 PM (centralized pick up and drop available) Requirement : - Up to 4 to 6 years of Hands-on experience in Tools ( R/Python/ VBA ) & techniques to build Model - BI tools Qlik Sense & Tableau - Mandatory and Power BI Good to have - Domain knowledge - Wealth or Career (global) - Managed end to end managed the product cycle from conceptualizing to delivery and not just support Key Skills: - Hands-on exp. in Tools ( R/Python/ VBA ) & techniques to build Model, Validate and implement. - BI tools Qlik Sense & Tableau - Mandatory and Power BI Good to have. Job Role : - The candidate should have worked in Wealth or Career ( Global, preferable UK, Asia or US) as the job will involve very close interaction with the stakeholders and the candidate should be energetic and possess excellent problem-solving skills. - Establishes and maintains format, structure and preparation process of reports to be provided to superiors and upper management. - Understand business problem, decompose into distinct issues and identify analysis needed to solve the problem - Understand and convert unstructured data into structured format to deliver meaningful insights and create models - Analyze data sets and trends for anomalies, outliers, trend changes, and opportunities - Build framework for innovative analytical solutions and should be able to extract meaningful insight from the data - Use the data to prepare regular and insightful descriptive analytics reports which should show the key trends - Generate and distribute standard reports on schedule using Excel and R, and other self-service analytics tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau /Power BI software - Collaborate and work closely with cross functional teams to identify gaps and structure problems - Work on implementation of analytics using R and Python - Automation of tasks using Python or VBA Macro . - Project manage and individually contribute to advanced analytics & automation project using R and/or Python model and application development - Communicate effectively on scoping and project update calls with colleagues across levels, in person and remotely through voice and video calls
