- Managing the overall project plan, tracking deliverables per the scheduled timelines
- Liaising with HR Technology in aligning all streams
- Ensuring overall adherence to project milestones, schedules, budget, and task list completion
- Assuring operational readiness for go-live and stabilization period
- Managing implementation risks and mitigation of risks
- Gathering and understanding the requirements and deliverables
- Delivering against predetermined project deliverables, against the project schedule
- Supporting project milestones, schedules, budget, and task list completion
- Responsible for migration and validation of requirements and deliverables
- Escalation of issues requiring next level management decision
- Collaborate with departments applicable for the overall success of assigned projects
- Work collaboratively with HR Ops team leads to identify improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, etc.
- Engage strongly in continuous improvement activities, ensuring that we have the processes, organization, and technology required to meet HR Ops strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to better understand joint opportunities to improve processes and reduce variation through improved logistics processes and capabilities
