Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Specialist located in Noida.

- The Presales Specialist will be responsible for utilizing analytical skills to understand client requirements, providing exceptional customer service, delivering consulting expertise, and engaging in presales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the products or services.

- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.

- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents in response to customer requests.

- Respond to technical inquiries from customers, addressing concerns and providing accurate information.

- Work closely with product development teams to stay updated on product enhancements, new features, and industry trends.

- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and articulate the advantages of our offerings compared to competitors.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support the sales process.
