2. Analyse market trends and data to find opportunities, enhance campaigns, and raise return on investment.

3. Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

4. Oversee and optimize performance marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, Mobile, and influencer marketing.

5. Create and manage yearly digital campaign budgets.

6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms.

7. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and results-driven performance.

8. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to implement innovative and effective strategies.

9. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN YOU:-

1. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years experience in a consumer-facing brand or agency.

2. Qualification: MBA or relevant degree.

2. Effective at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

3. Curious and Proactive (Self-starter).

4. Good interpersonal and time-management skills.

5. Proven working experience in D2C campaigns.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:-

1. Excellent and precise writing Skills.

2. Hands-on experience in setting up and running Ad-words and Facebook campaigns.

3. Comfortable with GA4.
