Role The role involves delivery of Payroll with the help and leverage of a set of external vendors - Payroll Management - Statutory compliances &amp; Employee Benefits - Annual Planning and Budgeting - Centralized Process Management - Communication &amp; Stakeholder Management Qualification and Experience: - Experience - 10 - 12 years in Finance or HR with a minimum 2 years in Payroll or a Shared Services role - Prior experience of handling Payroll, Statutory Compliances, Taxation is necessary - Education - MBA in HR or Finance with a graduate degree in commerce - Specialization in Payroll Migration or Compensation &amp; Benefits Management would be an added advantage - Ability to build relationships and influence people in a matrix environment - Ability to create and enforce process discipline and a positive work culture - Prior experience in managing an employee base of 1,000+ employees would be an added advantage - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), data analytics is necessary - Prior experience of using systems such as Workday and Oracle would be helpful Comp 15- 17 L Prefer profiles from Shared Services from Mumbai
