Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential offline expansion opportunities, including target markets, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences.
- Offline Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive offline expansion strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and ensures a consistent brand image across all offline touchpoints.
- Location Selection: Identify and assess potential retail locations, considering factors such as foot traffic, demographics, and market potential.
- Store Setup: Oversee the setup and design of physical stores and pop-up shops, ensuring they reflect the brand's aesthetic and values.
- Supplier and Partner Management: Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and potential retail partners to negotiate favorable terms, manage inventory, and ensure timely product availability.
- Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays and layouts that showcase our clothing collections and enhance the overall in-store shopping experience.
- Marketing and Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive foot traffic to offline locations and boost sales.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and prevent overstock or shortages.
- Customer Engagement: Train and manage retail staff to provide excellent customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for customers.
- Sales Analysis: Track and analyze offline sales data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
