- You would be responsible for New Workforce planning and Job requisition process, spanning aspects like Utilisation pyramid, attrition analysis, and ageing analysis
- Ideally, we expect you to a professional with 6-8 yrs of experience
- Having experience on AI, Machine Learning, Automation, Statistical Modelling, Tableau, SQL etc.
- Global mindset and ability to make things happen in a matrixed organization
- HR Processes and Disciplines Knowledge
- Project Management and Financial Acumen Skills
- Presenting and communicating information
