The job role involves :

- Deal origination, valuation, structuring and closure of the deal

- Assist in the transaction execution and project management

- Work closely with clients to assess, identify and execute value creating strategic options.

- Help clients execute the right capitalization strategy, maximize their returns on deals and reducing their risks

- Deliver work as per client requirements

- Handle multiple assignments simultaneously

- Keep abreast of the latest in maritime field, finance economy and upcoming projects
