Specialist - Marketing Operations - B2B SaaS Startup (5-12 yrs)

A fast-growing B2B SaaS based startup is looking for a Marketing Operations specialist.
Please Note: Engineers followed by an MBA will be preferred.
This role will require someone who comes with expertise in terms of marketing operations with knowledge of SaaS market segment so having marketing experience in b2b SaaS is a must.
- Manage end-to-end tracking of the marketing funnel and operations.
- Manage HubSpot to ensure reliable business insights.
- Classify MLs to improve funnel performance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams for managing leads.
- Manage key validity reports and keep the key stakeholders posted.
- Ensure valid collection of marketing data from relevant sources.
- Solve operational challenges by managing integrations and technical aspects.
To fit the bill:
- 5+ years in marketing operations.
- Minimum 2+ years in B2B SaaS.
- Engineer followed by MBA preferred.
- Proficient with CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
