1.) Having 5-10 years of Experience with MBA (Marketing) across SEO Optimization, Performance Marketing, Campaign Management, Media Proposals and partnership evaluations, Website content creation, Channel Management, Agency Management etc.
2.) Develops and ensures Amway's leadership in SEO rankings,
3.) Supports Performance marketing efforts and media management.
4.) Supporting Channel Strategy for the market. Advocates and integrates Social Media activities in alignment with overall Digital and Brand Strategies.
5.) Implements Marketing Communications plan, activities and strategy for the market
6.) Develops and executes Web and CRM content strategy in alignment with Amway global standards
7.) Knowledge of SEO Tools and Techniques, Media management tools and Social listening and reporting Tools.
8.) Knowledge of digital media marketing, social influence marketing techniques, emerging social media platforms and a variety of managing different Social Media Channels
9.) Thorough understanding of the marketing process and knowledge of existing and emerging media/communication tools, e.g., web, social, digital, PR, etc.
10.) Good working knowledge of communications principles and practices. Thorough knowledge of print, graphic, audio-visual and other media production tools and experience in the production of multi-media presentation and communication materials
