We have an urgent opening with one of the leading IT product company.

Job Title: Employer Branding (Sepcialist/ Manager)

The role

The person for employer branding will be responsible for building strategies and executing creative solutions to take the Employer Brand of company to the next level. The Manager Employer Branding will be responsible for leading Seclore's enterprise-wide Employer Brand strategy, dedicated to helping the company, and its product portfolio, attract, engage and retain top talent all around the world. S/he will lead efforts to identify and implement new brand strategies and tactics, in alignment with the broader corporate vision, and in collaboration with other key stakeholder groups.

Areas of focus for this individual fall into 4 categories:

- Strategy: Empowered to develop and maintain a 3-year employer brand strategy, providing a system-wide foundation to drive brand equity for employer brand, globally. This strategic plan will supplement the company's talent acquisition, employee engagement brand strategies and will ensure consistency in brand expression.

- Innovation: Drive innovation and creativity in marketing the employment experience, and collaborate with key stakeholder groups to develop and leverage innovative forms of media to deliver upon the employer brand strategy.

- Creative Production: Lead agency/partners to create breakthrough rich media content and other promotional materials on behalf of the team.

- Project Management: Lead projects that support the enhancement of Seclore's employer brand, by defining project plans and processes to deliver on strategy, execute on time and on budget, and define and measure results.

She/He must be adept at tapping diverse sources of information, identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges, and devising and executing breakthrough branding and marketing strategies to deliver against current and future team priorities.

Core Activities

- Develop a robust and comprehensive employer brand strategy to effectively drive Seclore's vision, goals, and priorities with a consistent voice across all target segments

- Own the content management strategy related to Employer Branding initiatives across all relevant channels

- Measure the growth and success of the brand by observing the appropriate indicators.

- Develop and work with various stakeholders to execute multi-faceted marketing campaigns that promote the Seclore brand, corporate programs and initiatives

- Social Media Engagement

- Work with the People Practices team to develop an overall strategy
