Change Management Specialist / Manager

Profile:

- Should have HR Shared services change management experience with total 8-12 years with minimum 5 years relevant experience into change management in HR Shared services.

- Should be a graduate in any discipline, Post graduation in Business Administration is preferable.

- 8 years of Subject Matter Expertise in Change Management and Process Documentation preferably within a BPO / Shared Services environment.

- Must have participated in large scale organizational change efforts

- Expertise in different life-cycle parts of change projects such as scoping the change, readiness assessments, communication planning, trainings, etc.

- Experience in writing operating procedures and service support documentation for a non-IT shared services process such as HRO.

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English is mandatory

- Ability to listen to and work with many others in the organization to succeed

- Strong organizational skills, analytical problem solving and root cause analysis skills and ability to identify potential people-side risks, to ensure issues are quickly and efficiently resolved and effective decisions are made that mitigate or address concerns

- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Visio

- Experience in, or knowledge of, HR is a plus

- Focus on the people and business side of change – including changes to existing HR processes, systems, job roles and organization structure both within the shared services centre as well as on-site

- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plans, training plans and resistance management plans that are based on situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups impacted to ensure engagement and adoption of the change

- Support project management office in integrating change management activities into their project plans
Manage change management communications, including updates to Project Management Office and HR

- Departments through progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations

- Write change management and process documentation that a business person can comprehend

Develop and document process, project and support documents:

- Business Requirements

- Process mapping

- SOP creation
