4. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in an Export / Import Department

5. Age: 30 to 40 years

6. Gender: Male/Female

7. Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

1. Should handle independently D & D issues across the Globe.

2. Should be able to make Statement of Facts for each case, by collecting the DATA from the team, and to make a complete file.

3. Should have good relations with major shipping lines and particularly with the Executive's handling D & D department.

4. Should be able to present our case to the shipping lines, and to get the maximum waiver on D&D.

5. Should be able to make MIS on all pending D&D cases, and to update Sr. Team on Daily- Weekly basis.

6. Should possess extra ordinary Negotiation's skills.

7. Should have good communication skills. (Spoken & Thru Mails).

8. Should have good net working with Shipping Lines, so that D&D cases can be resolved ASAP.

9. Should have good relations with CFS for getting waiver on their charges, wherever required.

10. Should be able to direct/motivate team members who are attending D&D cases at Overseas Ports, and if required should be able to travel and bring results for Company.

11. Should be result oriented.

12. Automation and implementation of new process/report
