Exp:10+ Years

- Experience of working with Policy admin product vendor in core development and implementations

- SME of L&A policy administration packages available in the market

- NA Annuity COTS experience is an added advantage

- Experience of working in BpaaS pursuits in Life and Annuity domain

MBA is a mandate ( part time is also ok). For very exceptional profiles we can look for non MBA.

- Minimum 10 to 12 years of work experience.

- Should have worked in multiple geographies - US/ UK/ European experience; Client facing experience

- Should have done consulting assignments

- Should be able to lead a team independently and individually handle a portfolio.

- Experience in BD/ governance

- Good to have - Project Management experience
