We are hiring for a position of Govt Liaison profile for a leading Real Estate Industry.

Responsibilities:

- Have knowledge on land matters like mutation conversion and Urban land ceiling clearance.

- Rules and regulations towards Sanction plan of buildings and structures from respective developing authorities like KMC, HIDCO, NKDA, Municipality, Panchayat & Zilla Parishad.

- Should know the Environmental process, rules, and regulations.

- Should know Compliance towards Environmental parameters.

- Should know Fire and Emergency services for obtaining recommendations and fire safety certificates.

- Have knowledge on forest clearance for any kind of development.

- Should know ground water abstraction, norms, and compliance.

- Have knowledge on taxation in relation to the proposed development towards land and existing properties.

- Have knowledge for surface water supply within the project developmental authority.

- Should have knowledge of Hide clearance about the proposed development from the Airport Authority of India and the Telecom Microwave Division.

- Have knowledge of rulers and regulation on the Fisheries Act.

- Have knowledge of Directorate of Factories.

- Have knowledge about irrigation, waterways rules and regulations.

- Formulating of any kind of new BD Deals.

- Have knowledge of trade licence and compliance.

- Should have proper formal communication skills to deal with Govt officials and JV Partners.

- Have knowledge on RERA rules and regulations.

- Have knowledge on documentation.
