Education : LLB/ LLM from top colleges

Exp in years: 3 to 5 yrs

Required Exp / Skills :

- Strong experience in drafting variety of agreements/documentation and commercial contracts

- Strong experience in negotiating variety of agreements/documentation and commercial contracts

- Strong experience in reviewing variety of agreements/documentation and commercial contracts

- Exp in trading agreements will be highly preferred

Roles & responsibilities:

- In this role, you will be reviewing a variety of trading agreements/documentation.

- Draft agreements for goods and services, engagement letters and non-disclosure agreements with potential counterparties and vendors.

- Review consulting agreements, engagement letters and non-disclosure agreements with potential counterparties and vendors.

- Negotiate engagement letters and non-disclosure agreements with potential counterparties and vendors.
