- The incumbent would be responsible for Lead the L&D function and ensure consistent application of learning process and tools.
- Work on projects of transformation, automation and process improvement.
- Design, develop and deliver end to end learning solutions to meet the business outcomes and the needs
- Lead the creation and development of various learning programs, training experiences, to help support PCIPL personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow within the organization
- Drive HiPo and Succession planning program with fully accountability of Governance and review mechanism.
- Foster the culture of Recognition, Drive and manage Rewards.
- Planning & coordinating event calendar for upcoming period, act as owner for ensuring initiating & completion of scheduled events.
- Manage the process related to tracking of trainings, maintain data & compliance for Internal & external purpose.
- Lead complete on-boarding & Induction at a corporate level.
- Manage entire Performance Management cycle (BSC), making sure periodic performance dialogues and act a catalyst
