Job Summary:  - The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for partnering with functional leaders to implement, deliver, and maintain programs that support workforce learning, performance, and engagement.   - The Learning & Development specialist manages projects and programs, relationships and vendors in order to improve learning, workforce performance and employee engagement for assigned audiences or programs.   - Will analyze, design, develop, oversee the implementation of, and measure and evaluate learning and performance support solutions that increase workforce proficiency and engagement.  This role will work with SMEs at CSC-M to identify development programs that are relevant to and accessible to employees at CSC-B.  For curriculum (or courses) that are relevant and accessible, this role will manage the deployment of that material to CSC-B.
