- Training enablement - Enable instructor-led classroom and virtual training
- Stakeholder management

- Deliver training projects
Desired Profile :
- At least 4 years- experience in L&D curriculum development, program management role
- Proficient in Presentation and excel skills
- Excellent project/program/vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Knowledge Management software tools understanding administration /product design
- Experience using e-learning software (Articulate, Camtasia etc, Captivate, or similar), Learning Management Systems (LMS- Cornerstone or Thinking Cap), virtual instructor-led training tools, and social learning tools.
