Position : :L&D Sr Specialist

Job Location: Mumbai & Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The incumbent will identify the developmental needs, design, create and execute solutions across the organization at every level

- This person will also be involved in the content development, professional effectiveness, and high-potential leadership development programs

- Responsible to create a culture of learning for continuous improvement in people as well as processes

- Responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and able to demonstrate the degree of success achieved for all L&D interventions

- Ensuring that every L&D intervention has clear business focused aims that enable robust evaluation of the event's effectiveness, and measurement of return on investment

- To contribute to L&D communications using a variety of mediums i.e mail, Intranet
