Looking for a L&D specialist for a financial services org to be based in Mumbai.
- Coordinate with Leaders to determine & analyse Training needs and deliver on solutions.
- Facilitate and administer courses and programs that support interactive and practical application
- Evaluate leadership competency needs and align them with training goals
- Develop and administer Leadership & Development Initiatives.
- Conduct Leadership needs assessments & learning Continuum plans
- Design & deploy measurement tools to gauge Training effectiveness.
- Coordinate multi-dimensional Training Solutions in close coordination with External Training consultants, as appropriate.
- Work with Talent Assessment Team to develop Career development plans
Looking for MBA HR, with relevant experience into L&D function preferably from financial services/ Banks/ NBFC's.
