Position Expectations: - Leadership development specialist will be accountable for end-to-end program management of leadership development curriculum with the target audience being: - Individual Contributors transitioning to first time Manager roles - Managers and leaders new to our client and new to position - Existing managers at different levels pursuing on-going development of leadership capabilities aligned to the respective management level competencies - Experience developing and driving large scale learning programs across multiple geographies Experience in designing, developing, and delivering leadership development programs to a multi- national audience, including facilitation of various leadership workshops and learning journeys and online learning interfaces. Analytical knowledge on measuring program impact against success metrics is a must. 2. Ability to influence without authority, stakeholder management, good understanding and working knowledge of organization culture, coaching and change management. 3. Expert knowledge and experience with data compilation, analysis, and presentation of insights. 4. Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills, sound business judgment and ability to manage financial and logistical aspects of leadership development programs leveraging on business acumen. 5. Strong Executive presence with a personable approach. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change oriented, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment 7. Keeps abreast and deploys current trends in leadership development, including facilitation and contemporary learning methods.
