Roles/Responsibilities:
Building Relationships with Recruitment Agencies:
- To identify US based staffing and recruitment agencies who can be the right partners to help our client scale US operations
- To build and sustain relationships with the identified partners
- To work with partners to ensure that they are effective in sourcing talent for our client
Senior Hiring:
- To hire senior technical / solution architects for our client's US offices and client project needs
- To hire / support hiring for our client's US sales and consulting team members
- To achieve the above by using a combination of hiring methods - e.g. agencies, job portals, social networking, referrals, networking at events
Facilitation:
- To facilitate interaction between our client's US based sales / account management teams with India based hiring teams (wherever such facilitation is required - e.g. for positions which are urgent or positions which are hard to fill)
Team Building and Grooming:
- To mentor, train and groom our client's India based US hiring team
- To help de-bottleneck difficult recruitment positions
Skills needed:
- Experienced in full recruiting lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate searches, candidate screening, negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, interview & on boarding etc.), for IT services
- Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and through vendor interaction
- Proficient in using social media (e.g. LinkedIn) for hiring
- Ability to build partnerships with hiring and staffing organizations
- Should have worked on FTE hiring, and should be familiar with various visa and contract types for US markets
- Candidate must be self-motivated and should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure
- Should have experience of having worked with an India based team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
