Job Title/Designation : Specialist - Partner Experience

Job Description :

- Partner Excellence is a key part of the overall customer success team that drives the client and partner ecosystem within Client, ensuring that their needs are accurately communicated to Client leadership, product, and engineering teams to boost client and partner experience backed with data driven insights.

- You should be passionate about delivering a great user experience where your passion to define and implement standard processes, methodologies, and tools will be highly valued.


- A hands on experience in MS Excel in using Pivot and functions of Business Reporting would be an added advantage.


- The key focus of this role is to create positive outcomes for our partners at scale by aligning partner goals to Client's value proposition, driving partner's business requirements and platform feedback through a comprehensive closed feedback loop, and contributing to greater partner engagement on Client's platforms.

As a Lead, Partner Excellence, a typical month will include :

- Provide product & process subject matter expertise & drive best-in class partner experience through data and insights

- Guiding and mentoring a team focused on driving experience for specific partners

- Working closely with Business Intelligence, Sales, Sourcing, and other cross-functional key stakeholders to achieve the experience goals

- Resolve queries and complaints raised by Partners or employees (business or tool support)

- Develop and possess sound understanding of Client's internal platforms

- Responsible for driving adoption through training, collecting feedback, working with product teams to enhance existing features, and innovate on new features

- Successfully driving the metrics defined for measuring experience and performance

- Solving problems based on defined solutions using data and tech first approach

- Contributing creative ideas to processes in order to overcome bottlenecks, challenges and issues

- Collaborating cross-functionally and build relationships with internal & external stakeholders

- Manage and own the team results / metrics completely & working collaboratively within the team to drive the team's objectives

Key Objectives of the role :

- Understand partner requirements and business problems and identify fitment opportunities of Client's products to resolve the problems

- Strategic partner management of key accounts to accelerate their operational transformation

- Augment partners with data and insights via Client's platform, helping them creating visibility in their business processes

- Serve as the brand ambassador, developing and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders, both external as well as internal

- Work as a team player, upholding company values and contributing to a positive working environment
