Specialist/Lead - IT Infrastructure

Job Description:

- Experience in Build /Develop, Implement and Streamline Practice in Infrastructure (Hardware, network, Storage, and Operating System) with a BFSI entity/fintech

- Good understanding of Network architecture / components of core banking / OMS / RMS / Back Office systems.

- Should have experience in planning, implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of DC and IT infrastructure (Hardware, network, Storage, and Operating System)

- Should have excellent Troubleshooting skills

- Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing - Exposure with Private / Public Cloud Infrastructure

- Knowledge of data protection operations & compliance requirements.

Expectations:

- Involve in Presales activities & Provide Consulting and advisory services to Prospects/Customers.

- Be the Point of Contact for any Infrastructure related queries/troubleshooting for prospects / clients.

- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

- Reviewing and Recommending new and existing technology infrastructures

- Good communication & Presentation Skills
