Job Description:


FutureFactor360 is hiring on behalf of a GCC of a large automotive company based in NCR for the role of "Internal Communications Specialist"

- The Internal Communications Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for crafting and executing internal/employee and recruiting communications strategies, ensuring global engagement across the firm. This role plays a vital part in translating business objectives into compelling messages, designing internal communication campaigns, and implementing initiatives to foster enthusiasm, drive participation, and cultivate a cohesive organizational culture.

- The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in executing communication plans, possess exceptional writing skills, and exhibit a strategic mindset with a focus on delivering tangible results. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and various internal stakeholders, including Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruiting, Professional Development, this role will effectively disseminate pertinent information and champion the firm's core values and strengths.

Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the development of a top-tier internal communications function across the organization, driving employee engagement, fostering connectivity, and nurturing a vibrant company culture that positively impacts all branches.

- Create compelling communication materials utilizing a diverse array of strategies such as written content, dynamic presentations, virtual platforms like Zoom, town hall meetings, and intimate group discussions to effectively convey key messages.

- Ensure that all communication messaging and materials meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the firm's overarching priorities and themes.

- Leverage internal tools judiciously to optimize the efficacy of internal communications, maintaining consistency in messaging, branding, imagery, and corporate identity.

- Collaborate in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal employee events as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and appropriateness for the context.

- Utilize social media platforms as a medium for internal communication, engaging with staff and fostering a sense of community within the organization.

- Proactively gather and respond to feedback from employees, tailoring communication content accordingly to enhance resonance and effectiveness.

- Craft articulate messages or scripts on behalf of senior leadership for delivery to employees, whether in written or spoken form.

- Contribute to the development and refinement of impactful and engaging content that effectively highlights and promotes various programs and initiatives, including Diversity & Inclusion, Alumni Relations, Recruitment, Professional Development, and Human Resources, in alignment with the firm's strategic goals and cultural values.

- Take ownership of content management for the global company intranet, ensuring that it remains current, captivating, and informative to facilitate employee engagement and knowledge-sharing.

- Implement robust metrics reports to gauge the effectiveness of internal communication channels, continuously monitoring and refining internal communication strategies to maximize employee reach, engagement, and satisfaction.

- Possesses outstanding oral and written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.

- Demonstrated ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet the business needs of the firm.

- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget.

- Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven and collaborative.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups.

- Consistently demonstrates strong business acumen and judgment.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Willingness to build relationships and collaborate across the broader Marketing and Business Development team, with the firm's HR, Diversity & Inclusion, Alumni Relations, talent acquisition and other teams.

- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with partners and staff at all levels.

- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Requirements:

- Degree in journalism, English, communications, marketing or a related field from a Tier 1 University

- 2+ years of relevant communications experience; work experience in a consulting, law, or other professional services firm strongly preferred.

- Demonstrated previous experience in writing and editing marketing content; experience with web and digital content preferred.

- Experience managing branded social media accounts and proficiency with Google Analytics and HTML-based content management systems
