Position Summary :
- To support the implementation of the internal communications strategy to provide effective communication of relevant corporate information to staff and stakeholders.
- To manage the creation and regular update of corporate messaging.
- To effectively deliver internal and external platform management, including maintenance, development and content.
- To complete agreed program of work, meet challenging targets, deadlines and standards of performance as agreed with line manager, with flexibility to adapt as needed to meet changing business needs.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- To support the management and delivery of company internal communications; plan, edit, write and create content for a variety of internal communications (newsletter, TVs, town halls)
- Content creation for internal communication in line with management requirements.
- To support in planning and implementation, as appropriate, company events and conferences (such as all company events), working to with suppliers and partners to deliver best value.
- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders to engage colleagues in strategic business activity and direction.
- Responsible for company announcement and information translation as needed for customized audience.
- Manage the execution of communication events (including: business update webcasts, keynote addresses, town halls and regional annual meetings) to ensure best practice event management and clear communication objectives are developed and achieved.
Academic :
- Must have: Bachelors degree-Mass Communication
- Nice to have: Bachelors degree-Electronic and Digital media communication
Professional/Technical Accreditations :
- Must have: Must be good at Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Nice to have: Videography skills
Related Work Experience (Internal to the organization or external) : Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate communications role.

- Proven experience in communication creation and delivery
- Demonstrated ability of project delivery
- Strong content writing, report writing and presentation skills
- Digital content creation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent hands-on knowledge on using collaboration tools such as SharePoint Online, Yammer and Teams, as well as other common communication platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience in designing and creating compelling engagement content, materials and campaigns, across a variety of media, including websites, social media, news articles, graphics, video & animation using appropriate design packages such as Premiere Pro, Illustrator and After Effects, or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, open to try out new things and have the ability to convince others of your innovative and creative ideas.
