Position: Specialist - Instructional Design (e-Learning)

Experience: At least 7-11 years- experience in leading/developing different training product types, such as Application simulations, ILTs/vILTs and WBTs, Job Aids, and QRCs.

Salary: 7-11LPA

Location: Mumbai & Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

- Sound knowledge of ID theories and practices.

- Perform requirement analysis on customer's requirements and identify/propose a solution e.g. onsite experience.

- Handle projects independently, interact with clients, and manage the delivery team.

- Lead teams to execute projects in terms of the contractual obligations, timely delivery, quality, and compliance with contract scope e.g. manage vendors.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts.

- Create storyboards for different delivery mediums (ILTs, WBTs, vILTs, Blended). e.g. (Specific to ILT) Develop training materials associated with the project including instructor.

- Be involved in project and resource planning.

- Lead and train team members to provide end-to-end learning solution.

- Team building and development.

- Manage direct client communications and client expectations.

- Review team members work for relevance and quality.

- Grow client accounts through joint ownership with business managers, vertical teams and sales person handling the account.

- Develop and encourage non-traditional solutions to problems / challenges.

- Assist in managing development project and help plan priority of projects.

- Train and develop team members (vendor's and off-site) to deliver expected quality on projects.

- Keep abreast of the current learning and development industry trends.

- Handle Learning Consultancy projects.

Key Skills:

- Research, analyze, design, develop, customize instructional materials for WBTs, CBTs(Computer Based Training)/ILT (Instructor Led Training).

- Work with different types of input material to create instructional content.

- Apply various Instructional strategies, models and theories to content.

- Create/use templates in developing instructional materials.

- Visualize Content and work with Graphic Designers in the development of Graphics, Animations etc.

- Apply basic technical knowledge of LMS and framework to design.

- Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of course-ware development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Presenter, and Lectora.

- Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills.

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

- Design assessments using different methodologies.

- Implement Learning Evaluation projects.
