Specialist - Inside Sales - Recruitment Business

Who you'd be working for?

Default is a product and technology consulting firm based out of Delhi, India. As an Inside Sales Specialist at Default, you will regularly be dealing with CXOs, heads of engineering, and products of various top startups for their recruitment needs. We work directly with unicorn startups like Swiggy, Zenoti, and Airblack and our employees gain large exposure in different domains.

What You'd Be Doing?

Looking for an inside sales specialist to join our team at Default. As an inside sales specialist, you will regularly be dealing with CXOs, heads of engineering, and product of various top startups for their recruitment needs. This role will also require you to collaborate across our team and possibly lead a small team of your own.

What skill do you need to be eligible?

Must-Have:

- Great written and verbal communication skills

- Prior Experience with sales

- High ownership
