Job Description:

- Provide leadership and oversight on various HR projects of varying complex nature

- Regularly communicates to management regarding status of project deliverables

- Maintaining Resources Capacity, Project Dashboard and Analytics to assist in project priorities

- Uses strong understanding of business needs in order to effectively interface and communicate with stakeholders

- To manage Projects such as external events, key stakeholder management, article & journal writing, data analysis, employee survey management, Social media engagement, senior leader engagement, key account communication, press and media briefing.

Criteria's :

- MBA/MSSW with MA/BA in English literature with 6-12 years experience.

- HR Domain experience - Training, Talent Development, Recruitment, Psychometric profiling, Employee Surveys, Content writing, HR Analytics, Content development, Storytelling,

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and make necessary decisions quickly, when there is a need

- Excellent in computer skills - Word, Excel & Power Point Presentations

Salary : 10-20 LPA
