About Our Client :
Our client is a world's leading international fashion house and is present in 45+ countries with approximately 400 stores across the globe. They are looking to hire a HR Generalist to manage their end to end HR function based out of Gurgaon.
Job Description :
Reporting directly into the Country Head, your responsibilities will include :
- Develop robust HR policies locally while introducing the market best practices within the organization
- Build HR strategies while working closely with senior stakeholders to achieve business plan
- Responsible for handling end to end recruitment process for the organization
- Responsible for the execution of HR systems and procedures for Pan India R&D business
- Work closely with the key global stakeholders across maintaining budgets, payroll and compliances, succession planning, employee engagement, competency development, talent management etc.
- Work on creating a high performance work environment and execute programs directed towards improving organizational efficiency
- Ensuring new employees induction along with handling employee grievances and HR Operations
- Handle all matters related to PF, Gratuity, CSR activities, claims etc. for all employees
The Successful Applicant :
- As a successful candidate you should have strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- You should be well equipped with the understanding of HR operations
- You should have 5-8 years of strong experience as a Generalist HR in a luxury retail set up only
- Only candidates from luxury retail and hospitality sector should apply
- You should be a post graduate in Human Resources from a good b-school
