Profile: Human Capital - Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Policies and Processes:

Implement the HR department policies and follow the set processes in order to achieve the department's objectives.

Recruitment Process:

- Execute affirmative action and equal employment opportunity programs and support the development and maintenance of job descriptions for in SALIC.

- Schedule and conduct job interviews for open positions, administer tests, check references and background, and evaluate applicants' qualifications in order to provide inputs for determining the best fit candidate for vacant positions.

- Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations and hold exit interviews with terminated employees to improve hiring decisions.

- Prepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnover for compliance with legal regulations and with organization goals and policies.

- Follow and adhere to new hire budget and make sure that there is no variances, and prepare recruitment status report on frequent basis.

- Identify and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting to efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

- Collect all the papers for the employee file, keep files in the archive, make soft copies with all the relevant data in ORACLE and manage automated resume and applicant tracking systems.

Recruitment Programs:

- Develop and maintain internal job posting programs and temporary employment programs; internships, summer training, volunteer programs.

- Develop relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies in the region to ensure that good-quality applicant are referred for the job, and establish and maintain high visibility across top universities in KSA.

- Participate in new employee orientation programs and employee relocation programs.

- Develop and manage on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including job fairs, trade shows, and media presence.

- Determine online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates, and ensure efficient use of social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

- Initiate the process of improving the recruitment page of SALIC's website to assist in recruitment activities, and identify new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.

Reporting & Other Duties:

- Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.

- Prepare and submit reports that cover Recruitment activities for the Direct Manager, as requested.

Qualifications and Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent;

- Professional Certification in Human Resources such as Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Human Resources Management (HRM) would be an advantage.

Work Experience:

- 4 - 9 years of experience in the same or related field.
