Roles and Responsibilities : - Provide and assist with troubleshooting to resolve various topics such as Talent management, Performance Salary hikes, Transfers, - Efficiently working with various support teams like HR, Procurement, Contracts, Global IT support, and Legal - Identify and recommend process/ provide improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and/or major variations from established policy - Performs the evaluation, testing of patches, system upgrades, and releases according to Oracle's support model and change control procedures. - Ensure data integrity, support, and maintenance related to the lifecycle of employees globally - Deliver standard services (hire to Retire) leveraging Oracle systems and tools - Involved in HR Self-Service support for series of HR data-related processes like New Hire, Leave the maintenance, Exit, and data update in Oracle cloud-based applications at a global scale. - Involved in day to day global new hires record creation their leave and Data maintenance - Create new hire records individually or via mass uploads - Ensure accuracy of data across the HR systems by performing regular audits - Manage request issues by email, phone via service now ticketing tool - Oracle Fusion support for T&L, Compensation, Learning Modules (data integrity, system updates/enhancements, UAT, etc.) - Maintain and update job aids for ESS and MSS - Navigation potential changes with each Quarterly patch from Oracle - Support other HR work streams as required for Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labour. - Work as Intermediary between HR & IT as required - Reporting & MIS Requirements : Required: Prior experience in working on Oracle Fusion Location: Hyderabad
