Spectral consultants is hiring for the role of HR Specialist with one of the Global management consulting firms.
Role & responsibilities :
- Primary responsibilities include supporting the HR team on a gamut of generalist functions and business partnering with Operations heads.
- Train and develop new HR team members while playing a mentor role to junior members.
- This role is a blended role with aspects of specialization across core HR growth areas such as HR Operations, Employee Benefits, and an HRBP role.
- Performance Management: Led performance discussion ensuring completion and accuracy of Performance projections for midyear and annual performance reviews
- Working on internal HRIS systems to ensure the accuracy of the information on Employee engagement, retention, and exit program
- Driving high quality onboarding experience for new hires and running Induction sessions
- Overseeing the Exit process execution and bringing insights from the exit interviews
- Implementation of Employee Surveys driving-completion on and working on actions with the HR head
- Defining yearlong engagement activities and running the monthly townhalls, pulse checks, one on one HR connects
- Rewards and recognition program execution
- Professional Development-Ensure plans are defined, executed, and monitored while working with the global T&D team.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Preferred candidates from Consulting organizations
- MBA in HR
- 10-14 years experience in core HR areas such as recruitment & selection, welfare benefits administration, performance management, employee engagement activities, professional development, and general HR operations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills
