Key Responsibilities :
- Build data based insights (qualitative and quantitative) to measure efficiency and effectiveness on all HR Processes / programs in recruitment, talent development & management, retention, performance management, HR Ops.
a. Data framework, structures & visualization
b. Information analysis & insights
- Build and implement forecast models (predictive / prescriptive) towards budgets, manpower :
a. Root cause analysis
b. Trends
c. Future focused / Forward looking
- Build analytics capabilities on people processes which helps to design analytics -driven interventions
Key Tasks :
- Design insights & analytics framework for HR / Key stakeholders
- Standardize and evolve HR data sets on various technology tools, finding cause and effect relations, carrying out root cause analysis, trends etc. to find out the inside story from the data series.
- Identification and reporting of key metrics on HR Processes
- Design predictive and prescriptive models by collecting information based on the key parameters
- Build data-based insights to arrive at key control measures on HR Processes
Qualifications :
- Engineering / MBA HR with relevant experience
