Specialist - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG/FMCD/Pharmaceuticals

We are hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist for an US based FMCG client in Hyderabad.

Role & responsibilities:

- Providing financial analysis and supporting onshore teams with various FP&A activities with regards to P&L such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, managing MIS etc.

- Engage into providing reliable analysis and projections to aid in the decision-making process.

- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

- Provide analytical support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.

- Identify business challenges; propose and implement solutions.

- Partner directly with onshore finance teams to collaborate on metrics, goals and business reviews.

- Deep dive into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.

- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify action-items and effectively frame decisions to be made.

- Supporting the business process into creating the annual operating plan.

- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior year expenses.

- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)/ MBA (Finance) /Cost and Management Accountant and equivalent

- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.

- Experience in ERP (SAP/Oracle/Essbase/BO) is highly preferred.

- Experience in creating dashboard is preferred (Tools: Power BI/Tableau)

- Hands on experience in Advanced Excel & PowerPoint

Location : Hyderabad

Shift Timings: Open to working in APAC, AMESA, North America, Latin America and/or UK shifts.
