- Coordinating with sales team and support them creating opportunities for messaging and relevant products. -
- Creating solution document basis customer scope/requirements.
- Coordinating with product team to seek clarity on any new features or reporting to be supported basis customer requirements
- Sharing Queries with sales team/customer/bid manager's post reading complete scope/Bids
- Making customer presentation on solution available.
- Training internal stake holders/sales team on new features or updates on the product.
- Help customer preparing scope or bid documents -
- Sharing commercial proposals with customer and support commercial team on business inputs to prepare business case. -
- Closing all demo's and POC with customer.
- Maintaining sales funnel and delivery funnels.
- Sharing market insights with product managers to enhance product features.
- Supporting project team to deliver the project by creating proper closure documents.
