Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Description : The Digital Marketing Specialist will own the company's online presence, including SEO (on-page and offpage), social media, and other channels. He/she will be the key player responsible for executing campaigns, driving quality traffic using digital media to the website, and converting that traffic to marketing qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-end execution and management of SEO campaigns and other digital campaigns.

- Regular audit of competitor sites and benchmarking of SEO metrics (on-page and off-page).

- Increase relevant traffic to the website organically with effective campaigns.

- Track and improve keyword ranking on Google/Bing.

- Plan, create, and implement the link-building strategy.

- Consistently monitor and report the website's backlink profile and performance.

- Perform active outreach to engage potential backlink donors.

- Plan and execute influencer strategies. Reach out to influencers through email, social media, forums, or any other channel to boost brand awareness.

- Roll out and monitor paid campaigns on various channels, including social media, to meet lead goals and increase brand awareness.

- Monitor the company's presence on social media and other online forums.

- Work with internal teams and provide continuous feedback to improve branding.

- Manage a vendor ecosystem to ensure the smooth functioning of the channels.

- Analise and monitor technical SEO & website health.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of working experience in a digital marketing role specializing in SEO /SMO / PPC.

- Must be familiar with the latest tools, technology, and trends related to digital media & marketing automation.

- Have good communication and coordination skills to manage the work in a cross-functional team.

- Thorough understanding and working knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

- Experience doing audience and buyer persona research.

- Strong understanding of the B2B market.

- Strong analytical ability with an eye for detail.

- Ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems.
