The Specialist - Digital Analytics will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations on various digital marketing initiatives such as social media, performance marketing, eCommerce, email marketing, CRM, and any other aspect of digital projects managed by the department. They will play a critical role in tracking and analyzing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the brand teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze data from various sources such as social media, performance marketing, eCommerce, email marketing, CRM, and other digital initiatives.
- Extract insights from large data set to provide actionable recommendations to the brand teams.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to collect data, track, and report on performance, and identify trends and insights.
- Use SQL and Python to build data pipelines, data models, and analytics workflows.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital analytics to continuously improve the department's approach to data analysis and insights.
- Develop training and knowledge-sharing programs to help team members understand and leverage data analytics.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven experiments and test new ideas.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on eCommerce.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python, as well as experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent data analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to extract insights from large data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for digital marketing and eCommerce and a desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven work experience in the digital analytics domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Higher education, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration.
