Roles And Responsibilities:

- Generate new product files for upload to client websites and ERP systems

- Ensure that product data is kept up-to-date

- Communicate with clients and suppliers to deal with any queries or enhance data where gaps are found.

- Modify supplier data using Excel and other tools

- Carefully check data for errors or inconsistencies

- Modify/create and run Python scripts on supplier data

- Upload data to a database or website as required

- Make immediate changes to the website to correct data errors

- Manipulate product-related documents for upload to the website

- Demonstrable experience of working within a data management environment

- A proven experience of managing various types of data on multiple platforms

Essential Experience:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (e.g., macros and pivot tables, etc.)

- Some knowledge of using macros in Microsoft Excel

- Some knowledge of basic HTML and CSS

- Attention to small details

- Process-focused and organized work ethic

- Experience with communication via email and IM (Slack)

- Knowledge of macros and VBA to aid with Excel data processing

- Some basic knowledge of Python

- Some knowledge of databases

- Some knowledge of working in a Unix environment
