Specialist - Data Control - IT

We are seeking a Data Control Analyst who will be responsible to run the Data Privacy, Data Quality, and Consent Management operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and sustainable operations of Data Management. You will be part of Group IT Data & Platform Management team. In this position you will work with business, IT, and data professionals.

The role covers the following key objectives:

1. Manage Data Privacy & Data Quality Operations (Data Discovery, Data Profiling, Data Quality rules, Security Policies, Dashboards) associated tools & technology solutions as per best industry practice

2. Manage and implement data management technology to ensure their relevance and effectiveness in supporting business requirement

3. Operations support of consent management solution and involve in enhancements or changes to Framework

4. Conduct operations support for data privacy management applications based on defined SLA and KPIs

5. Drive BAU process, testing and tooling to improve Data Privacy, Data Quality & Consent Management Operations

6. Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned and conformed to the Data Management strategic objectives, architecture, and technologies, also align with Data Governance policies and roadmap

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data/Business Analytics or equivalent.

- Data Governance & Management related qualification/certification e.g., DAMA

- Must have experience in data integration and data governance solutions (Data Privacy, Data Catalog and Data Quality & Consent Management), data warehousing / Big Data/ Hadoop / RDBMS, Data management tools and technologies implementation (SQL and ETL)

- Must have experience in driving BAU Process & Operations on Data Quality, Data Privacy and ETL Processes

- Must have experience on implementing Data Quality or Data Integration solutions in the Big Data Landscape

- Must have experiencein Data Management & Privacy, Data Catalog, Data Quality, dashboards, policies, search, including executing at least 2 large Data management/privacy implementations

- Expert in building Data Privacy and Data Quality rules.

- Experience on Consent / Privacy Management Solution and ability to identify and fix issues

- Ability to develop & troubleshoot and optimize complex data management solution and issues

- Experience in Telco Data Warehouse and / or Data Lake.

- Experience on Data Management Tools (Informatica)

- Experience in ETL and / or data wrangling tools for big data environment.
