Specialist - Data Analytics - IT

For a Bangalore-based client:

Looking for ONLY MTECH 'Computer Science' or 'OR with coding skills) with 4-5 years of experience in analytics function in a top end business driven organization (e.g. in telecom).

- The candidate should have implemented all types of machine learning algorithms at least part of his course (classifiers - SVM, Bayesian, random forest, NLP, hidden markovs, clustering, association rule mining, etc).

- He/she should have a strong ability to understand patterns in data and map it to a business objective (e.g. given a data set for transactions, he should be able to glance at it and figure out intra day, weekly, monthly variations in the data)

- He/she should be comfortable with coding in some language (Python at a minimum, Java/Scala a bonus). Exposure to data stacks like Hadoop a plus.
