Job Responsibility
The responsibilities are as below but are not limited to:
- Software Implementation Professional who excels in a client-facing and leadership position and to ensure that the activities are performed in a timely, high-quality manner
- Own the client relationship from the point of sale through the end-to-end implementation process and subsequent hand-off to our Technical Support team
- Spearheading End-to-end Solution implementation with client using Agile Methodology including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Creation of solution document, Change Request document & Integration document
- Shall be involved in Product Training to different stakeholders
- Play crucial part of Product Owner with scrum team and demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product
- Managing and personally delivering the services required to meet implementation goals at a high level of quality
- Managing customer relationship; ensuring adoption of the platform and upsell new modules & grow the partnership with the client
- Shall be also part of pre-sales team organizing demonstration to client
Desired Skills
- Preferably from Technical background as this role requires techno-functional skills
- Experience 3- 8 years
- Excellent Communication (Both Written and oral)
- Go getter attitude
- Willing to travel extensively
- Market orientated, passionate, self-disciplined and driven to succeed.
- A commercial mind-set and able to work independently
- Leadership skills with proven experience in leading teams at multi location
- Taking ownership
- Strong retention/upsell skills
- Comfortable in start-up culture, fast-paced and dynamic environment that may require extending beyond work hours or meeting customers in different time zones.
- Able to manage team and drive wow factor with clients.
