The Role - Creative/ Content Marketing Startegist

We- re looking for a Creative Marketing Lead who will manage/lead our Creative Team of graphic designers, and animators to produce compelling and captivating social media posts, blogs, emails, videos, sales letters etc. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. For this position, it's also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends. Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company's digital footprint and brand awareness.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Manage the creative team develop marketing content that delivers high ROI.

- Manage the output of any external agencies that we work with to ensure timely deliveries.

- Developing campaigns and concepts that drive traffic, improve customer engagement, leads and sales.

- Conceptualise and creating useful content for retailers which also attracts customers.

- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

- Analyze web traffic metrics and the outreach to our key target groups.

- Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and plan the output of team members.

- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.

- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.

Experience Needed:

- 3+ years of creative and content market experience.

- Familiarity with WordPress and SEO best practices.

- Relevant experience in e-commerce companies. (Experience with marketing, CRM and/ or SaaS solutions is preferred).

- Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as platform-specific knowledge

- (WordPress, Slide Share, Facebook, Twitter, etc).

Required Education:

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate - Fine arts, Journalism, PR/ Advertising / Marketing.
