Specialist - Continuous Improvement - KPO

1. Execute improvement initiatives as a project manager to deliver business performance improvement, typically within a Class of Business or geography. Pro-actively frame improvement opportunities to close gaps in performance. Activities will include facilitating workshops plusleading improvement projects and other CI activities with a pragmatic, outcome based focus on solving business problems,in compliance with group methods.

2. Implement the Continuous Improvement agenda for a dedicated part of the organization. Support the front line leadership on this agenda, implementing the IDT CI deployment approach to deliver the team's targets. This includes understanding the current and future stateprocesses and framing improvement activities to close the gaps. It also includes supporting and coaching front line staff with simple, practical approaches to deliver CI and other process improvement and cost reduction programs.

3. Build and develop CI capability in the line - actively support Senior CI Specialists in building of a network of CI Practitioners across IT (wider community without hierarchical reporting lines). This includes identifying and co-delivering CI training for front-line staff and facilitating cross functional project teams, with emphasis on developing sustainable capability in the line through a coaching and learning-by-doing approach. As CI Specialist you will be expected to oversee multiple CI Practitioners and their associated (certification) projects.

What we need from you:

- Experienced Lean Master or certified Six Sigma Black Belt, with 5+ years of experience.

- Experience in hands-on application of CI tools, techniques and methods. Able to evidence examples of successful delivery of business value through structured problem solving.

- Facilitation of cross functional project teams

- Coaching of front line staff

- Good communication and engagement skills

- Ability to deliver work through influence

- Manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders

- Biased toward action rather than complacently or acceptance
