Specialist - Content Marketing & Lead Generation - Corporate Shiksha

We at Corporate Shiksha are looking for marketing professionals who will play an instrumental role in the growth of our business. Our clients include most of the leading Indian and multinational companies. We are aggressively expanding our footprint across India, the Middle East and SE Asia region.

You will:

- Develop and deliver on the marketing communication plan to generate leads and build a higher level of discovery for Corporate Shiksha offerings

- Produce compelling content in text, audio and video formats - being a savvy user of tools like Canva, Descript, HubSpot will be a big plus.

- Write and proofread content for program marketing collateral such as program brochures, emailers, landing pages, social media, online ads, blog posts etc.

- Conduct research on competitor programs and come up with content sets that communicate the program offers to the right TG (CEOs, CHROs, CLOs)

- Work with multiple stakeholders from the team to ensure accurate information of the programs being communicated

- Collaborate with the extended marketing operations team (agency) to conceptualize and help develop all collaterals

- Take ownership of content development, meet timelines, and track performance.

- Suggest visual elements to explain how content can be communicated graphically

You are:

- Bachelors/ Master's degree in English/ Communication

- 5-8 years of experience writing content for a senior executive audience

- Well versed in writing content for social media platforms, email marketing

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

- Experience working with the HR, Learning, market is preferred
