We have a very urgent position in one of BEST BFSI organizations across the following location --

LOCATION - Mumbai

OFFERED CTC - negotiable ; depending upon current CTC.

POSITION - Compensation, benefits & HR analytics - specialist

DESIGNATION - manager / Senior Manager / Chief Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION -

This position will be responsible for development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures for client in India .

- Manages common compensation functions, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, and associated analysis.

- Compensation benchmarking and grading fitments for new hires and internal movements

- Competitive analysis of Surveys, merit increases and salary structure to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments

- Forecast budget for salary increases. Manage Annual salary increase, Variable pay and performance management programs

- Ensures that compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy.

- Build robust HR Analytics framework, covering HR services, Sales Compensation, Business partnering areas for effective management decision making

- Collecting and interpreting data for ad hoc projects

- Making recommendations on policy improvisation, communicating impacts to senior management and stakeholder management

- Drive answers to analytic challenges and manage a team of analysts to solve different parts of the problem

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE - ANY INDUSTRY preferably having a sales force . Candidates with within industries such as BFSI, FMCG / CD / Telecom / Retail / Pharma etc, who having EXPOSURE in handling SALES INCENTIVE PAYOUTS will have an advantage . Candidates handling total rewards will be preferred.
