Specialist - Compensation & Benefits - Retail

About the role:

- As the Compensation and Benefits Manager, you'll establish and adjust fundamental compensation and benefits policies to align with the organization's financial objectives, internal equity, and market competitiveness. You'll oversee relationships between the C&B department and other HR units/employees.

- Leading the C&B team's development, you'll ensure the acquisition of essential skills and competencies. Your involvement in various HR processes will contribute to the organization's overall efficiency.

- Building internal and external networks, you'll garner support for compensation decisions across the organization and interact closely with top management, providing valuable insights for business unit discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the C&B strategy and policies.

- Create and refine the C&B framework and associated policies.

- Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with HR and leadership.

- Actively participate as a constructive member of the HR Management Team.

- Design various compensation and benefits policies aligned with corporate culture and values.

- Shape basic compensation structures such as grading systems, job evaluations, and promotion policies.

- Lead diverse HR projects regionally and with external partners.

- Coordinate compensation processes including salary and bonus planning, and incentive scheme development.

- Review and approve exceptions in individual employee compensation.

- Provide comprehensive compensation training to HR Business Partners and line managers.

- Represent the organization at various HR conferences.
