Specialist - Compensation & Benefits - Media

A leading corporate client of Growth360 is looking to hire a Comp and Ben Specialist with an oversight of Payroll. The company is a leading name in the media world.

- Ensures employees get paid on time and compiles payroll information by managing payroll preparation; completing reports; maintaining records.

Payroll Manager Job Duties:

- Responsible for all C&B related issues for the organization

- Responsible for managing employee payments, payroll reimbursements.

- Update C&B related components by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.

- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.

- Determines payroll liabilities

- Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.

- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.

- Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures

- Manages the data and quality provided to the payroll vendor. Performing quality check on monthly payroll and share observations.

- Interface with other functions for coordinating payouts,

Person should :

- Have 5-8 years of experience.

- Be commerce graduate (BCom /MCom) and should have good knowledge of accounting.

- Preferably have an experience of working in an ERP environment specially PeopleSoft.

- Should be proficient working in MS Office especially MS Excel, MS word and power point.
