Specialist - Compensation & Benefits - Manufacturing

About the client : Our client is a leader in the Indian Manufacturing sector

Reporting to : Head HR

Exp:5 - 9 yrs

Responsibilities :

- Lead the compensation and benefits portfolio, provide thought leadership to senior management team on compensation and benefits program

- Research, conduct external bench marking & trend analysis, review the company's compensation and benefits program to identify improvement opportunities

- Develop compensation philosophy, redesign the compensations structure and employee benefits program

- Support in redesigning PMS and streamline the incentive plans

- Support in redesigning Rewards and Recognition plan

- Ensure legal compliance of compensation structure

- Drive change and create buy-in among senior leadership team for new initiatives and changes

- Manage compensation related operational activities

Key Requirements :

- Full time MBA with a Statistics, Engineering or Commerce background

- 2-3 years of minimum experience in the manufacturing industry

- Certified in / Prior experience in implementing Hays Job Evaluation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical and presentation skills

- Very strong problem solving and number crunching skills

- Advanced Excel proficiency
